Erasmus Mundus Grants Category A

General category (Third-country applicants): The number of grants available for EMMC-EMAE is 07.

Specific geographic window: Additional grants will be allowed for applicants originating from specific countries: "Western Balkans and Turkey" are concerned. Applicants originating from the following countries are eligible within this specific window: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo under UNSC resolution 1244/99, as well as the 3 candidate countries, namely Croatia, FYROM (the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia) and Turkey; "Tunisia and Egypt"; "Eastern Neighbourhood Countries" (i.e. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus,   Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) . Applicants applying within this window should specify their eligibility on the EMAE declaration formular.

Erasmus Mundus Grants Category B

General category (European applicants): The number of grants available for EMMC-EMAE is 05.

Erasmus Mundus Grants for non-European Scholars (teachers/researchers)
